This treatment is a blend of Reiki, and more traditional massage targeted where you need it most. While Reiki is a general part of every session, in this combination therapy a large portion of the time is focused only on this energy work.

Full Body Massage + Basti Oil Treatment
Basti treatments are simply the application of warm oil (the type depending upon your current condition) to a particular part of the body. A dam or well made of dough placed on the body creates a container to hold the oil. Generally, this is done on the low back, upper back, chest/heart, or knees. At times this treatment can be applied to other areas as needed.
FEATURING:
This therapy aids circulation, chronic pain and stiffness, and improving mobility as well as providing nourishment and rejuvenation to organs, muscles, joints, bones and tendons. It also is used for therapeutic relaxation, stress relief, and to increase a sense of peace and happiness.
